Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

While we offer expedited shipping options at checkout, expedited transit times do not guarantee expedited order processing.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other cost-effective carriers to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

  • Free shipping on orders over $50

  • Orders under $50 ship at carrier-calculated rates, shown at checkout

At this time, we ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.

Food & Packaging Information

Our broths are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration or cold packs during transit.

All orders are packed with care, but please note that our products ship in glass jars. Once a package is marked as delivered, customers are responsible for bringing it inside promptly and handling it with care.

If your order arrives damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email with photos showing the damage (including the shipping box and product), and we'll help make it right.

Heat Advisory

During periods of extreme heat, prolonged exposure after delivery may affect product quality. We recommend retrieving packages as soon as possible after delivery.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or delayed packages: We're happy to replace or refund orders after carrier confirmation of loss or delivery failure.

  • Incorrect addresses: Customers are responsible for reshipment costs if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout.

Returns

Due to the nature of food products, all sales are final once shipped. We are unable to accept returns on food items.
