A jar of Reclamation Foods Korean-style bone broth beside a cup of golden milk made with broth

Mumbai Gold: A Doubly Healing Golden Milk Made with Broth

Golden milk, but make it gut-healing. This golden cup takes the classic haldi doodh (turmeric milk) and levels it up with a splash of Reclamation's grass-fed beef bone broth for added depth, collagen, and soothing nourishment. The result is a cozy, immunity-boosting, anti-inflammatory drink that's earthy, spiced, and just sweet enough to feel like both ritual and remedy.

Makes one 8-oz beverage

Ingredients

*We're partial to Diaspora's haldi doodh masala for its bold, fragrant kick.

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, bring the bone broth to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Sift in the golden milk spice blend and whisk to combine.
  2. Add milk and honey, continuing to whisk until the mixture warms and tiny bubbles appear at the edges.
  3. Remove from heat and froth with a handheld frother (or whisk vigorously if that's what you've got).
  4. Pour into your favorite mug and sip slowly. It's rich, golden, and grounding—like a weighted blanket you can drink.
